Little changes in the eruption between days, no ash-fall detected, no danger to people or properties, all airports are open and no disturbances to flights are expected.
There is little descernable change in the volcanic eruption in in Holuhraun, North of Vatnajökull Glacier. Yesterday, scientists working in the area were asked to move out after the discovery of a depression, or a rift valley North of the glacier. The rift is likely the result of the expansion of the surrounding area.
There is still significant seismic activity in the area and travelers are encouraged to follow Iceland.is
